Quick question about Hysteria

I don't use this perk much and almost never see it when playing survivor, so I'm hoping someone knows the answer to this question:

If I injure two survivors to trigger the perk's effect, will any survivors that I injure during the perk's duration also suffer from Oblivious?

    no it applies the effects right when it activates not during its active period

    Thank you. I kind of thought this, I just hoped it wasn't true because I wanted to use it in a build.

    I'm trying to run it on my Nemesis, I have Nemesis on Nemesis, Eruption, oppression, some other perk I don't remember but helps me significantly
