Small problem with Cannibal

So before his remake Cannibal had add-ons that decreased charge speed thing is they got rid of them now I get it's not seen as useful or overpowered which is BBQ still considered overpowered anyways so i'm just what if they made a common add-on that decreased charge speed but like some add-on hit something else like what not make it to where Cannibal moves slower when using his ability.

    Leatherface doesn't need charge addons tbh. With his charges he has quite a bit of leeway in where he can start his rev and still reach survivors.

    Plus we have addons like Chili which increases duration for each charge, beast marks addons for slight increased in speed, and Rake for an extra charge which all increase his effective range as well.
