Is he unhook animation now faster than the killers "hit now clean my weapon animation"?

In a game today, I hit a player trying to unhook and they had completed the second attempt before I could swing again.  I swear this happened more than once.

    Yeah, couple that with their instant quit and an unhook is guaranteed. At most your trading 1 for another unless you tunnel or have an instant down.

    Small potential exception is a fully stacked save the best for last which can reduce you cd attack animation by 40% when fully stacked. I haven't tested it but if someone gets the chance to test it let me know.

    Yes, save the best for last is the only thing that makes your attack CD shorter than the unhook animation
