Blight and his many issues

So I play a good amount of blight and aside from rocks and bamboo being slip n' slides for the blight he has started having new issues. Mainly that after hitting a survivor thats unhooked, hitting a survivor that has Borrowed time, after hitting a survivor with a lethal rush and sometimes randomly the game doesn't allow you to use your rush despite the tokens being full (Very noticeable when using alchemist's ring) its very annoying not being able to use your ability.
