[PC] The Shape - Regressed to Tier I
PLEASE FIX THE SHAPE!!! I'M TIRED OF HIS POWER LAGGING ON THESE SERVERS!!!!!!!!!!
I can't play The Shape without the power meter sporadically decreasing or increasing while stalking. In addition, I killed someone with Evil Within TIer III and they disconnected when the animation started and it sent me back to TIer I instead of Tier II.
MAKE THE SHAPE'S POWER METER WORK LIKE THE ONI'S WHERE IT COMPLETELY FILLS UP, PLAYS AN AUDIO CUE, AND THE KILLER CAN ACTIVATE THE NEXT TIER BY PRESSING A BUTTON!

2) When the Killer presses the activate ability button to progress to the next tier the current sound effects play as normal.
