Tutorial won't register after finishing. Stuck on first tutorial.

Nod

No blood points after competing the tutorial. And the other tutorials won't unlock. I verified the integrity of my files. Ensured I have good connection to the internet. I've been doing it multiple times. Tried to end it with the hatch and the exit gate. Always gave me this error. Tried it again after the update. Still broken. I'm tempted to just uninstall the game and reinstall it again but I'm scared my progress would disappear since synchronizing game date has a problem. I created an account on BHVR and linked it to my account but still have doubts so I opted to just report this first and I have heard some people got it fixed after reporting theirs.
