Can you get kicked out of a match for inactivity?
This time, specifically as killer, Im bugged, cant drop the survivor on my shoulder and they are not quitting, so if I just leave it there, can the game kick me for inactivity?

No the game can't kick you for inactivity.
Sadly, no. You gotta leave the game.
that’s why the ‚leave game‘ button has to be in the game even though it gets penalized. It’s only 5 min of not being able to search for a lobby after all and no one blames you for dc ing in such a case.
