David King perk need some rework
I think David king's perk has a good concept such as We Gonna live forever which is a good blood point farming anti-slugging perk but some of them are not worth to used and unreliable. No Mither the profit you get isn't compensated for the downside that you get injured from the start of the trial. Dead Hard which is designed to compensate for the downside of No Mither which to evade killer attacks when active at the right moment, mostly puts survivors exhausted because of a bad internet connection. So I came up with an idea that could make it work!
No Mither
- No longer give you a Broken status effect at the start of the trial.
- You start a trial with a Healthy state After you took damage by the killer for the first time(Basic attack and power) you will get the Broken status effect for the rest of the trial.
- Bleeding is suppressed at all times.
- When injured, Grunts of Pain are reduced by 50/75/100 %.
- You can completely recover from the Dying state.
- When injured, Your Action speeds in Repairing, Healing, Sabotaging, Unhooking, Vaulting, Cleansing, Opening, and Unlocking are increased by 6/8/10 %.
Reason: By now Broken status display on survivor icon make the killer focus on a survivor who use No Mither on the start of the trial the change are made to disguise survivors who used No Mither to not get focus at the start of the trial and changing in a grunt of pain and increased in action speed is to reward the player for staying injured and compensate for the downside
Dead Hard
- Remove ability to active ability bottom while running to dash forward.
- Now give you the Endurance status effect when you are not Exhausted.
- Any damage is taken that would put you into the Dying State will instead trigger the deep wound status effect.
- You will get Exhausted for 60/50/40 seconds after the Endurance status from this perk is used to blocking the damage you took from the killer.
- You start a trial with a Healthy state After you took damage by the killer for the first time (Basic attack and power) you will get the Broken status effect for the rest of the trial.
Reason: Dead Hard is a perk that created to make you be able to take another hit from the killer this idea will make you be able to reliably take another hit from the kill but have to stay injured for the rest of the trial while you also have a risk of easily put into Dying state when used with other exhaustion perks

i think starting healthy with no mither would be a cool touch. i dont know about having the speeds increased in like everything, maybe healing or saboing.
but dead hard giving you endurance? off the table, no discussion about that.
no mither needs a rework, everything else doesn't
Yeah, dead hard feels kinda strange. It's a better version of mettle of man, make it a spot dodge if you absolutely want it to be nerfed.
But the no mither one? That's actually pretty good, except for the speed progression... on gens. Dear Christ we don't need any more of those. But, healing and unhooking feel pretty nutty and the good kind of nutty.
I like the changes to No Mither, however No Mither just gives you Resilience and Iron Will (plus half of Lucky Break) all at once, which can then be stacked together to make you:
On top of that, the ability to pick yourself up indefinitely? The reason that's on No Mither is because of the Broken Status Effect. If a Survivor distracts the Killer, you can get yourself up (or if they're solely going for slugging, but if they see your Broken SE, they won't slug you). I do agree that it needs some better upsides, maybe a 3/4/5% increase to gen speeds, but your idea gives a bit too much.
Now, for Dead Hard, It's a nice change, however on good Survivors running Vigil + Fixated, this would make them completely immune to anything, unless you're lucky enough to catch them while they're Mending. Dead Hard as it is, yes it's a troublesome perk, but all they need to do to make it more balanced and to make it more in line with DS (using it for its intended purpose, instead of a distance gainer) is to change its animation to more of a dodge roll and make it so it doesn't grant a speed boost, so you don't gain any more distance than you would've while running, but you can still use it to avoid a hit (and if timed right, STILL extend a loop).
No Mither will be forever unviable unless it does something that cannot be denied by the killer as the drawback of spending most of the time broken is quite unbearable. If the killer hits you and immediately sees the Broken icon, they will never slug you. IMO, leave it as a meme. Not all perks can or should be good.
Regarding your changes for Dead Hard though, it is too powerful.
