Leon and Jill Cosmetics Keep Unequipping (After Hotfix)

Description: So after this new hotfix, and each time I load in or out of a new lobby, my cosmetics keep getting reset to default. This is super annoying having to go back into the cosmetic menu, and re-equipping all my stuff again each time I want to play Jill or Leon. Might stop playing them until this gets fixed tbh because it's super annoying. Something to note is that I DID buy only their bottom two parts of their sets before they became arbitrarily locked, and both of my outfits use those bottoms, so idk if that's related at all, but the patch notes mentioned something about that.
