Adept Nemesis achievement doesn't unlock

I've played with Nemesis, using his only 3 perks equiped, in an online match, killed all survivors and didn't get the achiemevement. (Steam platform)

Did you get a Double pip?

I don't think so, no. I usually just get the adept achievements when killing all 4 survivors. I've never looked at pips.

You need Merciless Killer +2 pips for achievement
