Just saw a thread abut this so I thought I'd make this.

ROTATE YOUR THUM STICK IN A SLOW CIRCLE! You want to rotate as slow as possible without stoping any progress.

this will not always garuntee an escape as that would break the game but console actually dose require some wiggle skill if you want to make use of struggle perks or Sabo teammates.

Side tip: with enough game sense you can make "no hook" zones on certain maps making the killer rage after he picks you up for the 13th time.
