Undying Haunted Ground interaction for double Haunted Ground
Currently if a killer brings both Haunted Ground and Undying, the first cleanse which should be Undying triggers the Haunted Ground exposed effect, then the next totem cleanse also generates the Haunted Ground exposed effect. This needs to be patched.
