Depip with four iridescent emblems

Description: Just finished a game where I got all iri emblems, but the game awarded me a depip for it. Im fairly certain I was rank 4 before the game, so it might not just be a visual bug. Game was on Rotten Fields, all survivors were sacrificed.
How often: Recognized it just this time.
