Did the blight change impact him on console?
We just got blight to playable state on console. Not perfect by any means, but playable. He could finally hit people who moved slightly to the left or right when rushing.
So did this change nerf him in any way on console?

I've been playing Blight all night and I haven't experienced anything off about him so far.
