Finally got around making this guide especially for Deaf/Hard of Hearing players - this is a guide on the best Killer visual perks that will aid you, complete with tier rating and information about it.
Deaf/Hard of Hearing people need to be HEARD already; I understand the pain and no game should be extremely difficult to the point where we don't have fun. Accommodations need to be put in somehow and there are many ways to cater to the disabled community without being abused. BVHR, I hope you're listening.
