alright, im by no means a professional or great but ill give you the best advice i can.
Bubba is reliant on using his saw for the 1shots so keep that ability away from him. Keep yourself within structures that do not bottleneck you (long corridors) so the L - T walls, even rocks/trees. This increases the chance he will nudge into one of them obstacles and gives you that distance. Pre-drop pallets if you have to, but DONT run from them straight away, when you see him about to lower his arms/move his legs up to break the pallet move to your direction.
Stay at sharp angles corners where you can see both left and right like so:
when bubba goes right/left you go into the opposite direction. Let them make the first move and react calmly.
Regarding the face camping...sadly you will get caught, its the game (be boring if we always won! lol) You could bring deliverance for a backup (make sure you save someone first!) but honestly. Accept the fact it happens, games have flaws and its a silly one thats kinda rare now. don't disconnect/try kobe just let it be as it is and let your teammates do their gens. I know it sucks but for how rare it is I can deal with it.

If a killer is set on tunneling/camping, that's what they'll do. A hard camping Bubba will always at the very least get the trade if the unhooker is using BT.
Unfortunately, the best thing your team can do is crack on with gens. Best thing you can do is try to last in the chase as long as possible and not attempt escape from the hook.
If the Leatherface is revving and face camping then there is literally nothing you can do. You just have to do gens and leave. But if you manage to save them, try and get him to chase you instead or run perks like Borrowed Time. If they are really committed to tunnelling a specific survivor then go back to my do generators suggestion because that's all you have left to do.
Do gens and leave. They probably have NOED to get in a second completely undeserved kill.
