Second hook skill check fails every time.
I have tried everything. Every time I skill check on the second hook for survival (Red bar below 50%) It fails. It ends up picking the spot after the skill check success line. Also I'm good at hitting skill checks, so its definitely not me. I play on Ps4 Pro. This bug occurs 100% every time on every survivor. I can click L1 at any point and it fails.
