i have a question about Nemesis' ability

I've seen some gameplay of Nemesis, looks good so far, but my question is why should survivors have to vaccinate?

I read the ability a few times and besides from the infection itself, it doesn't seem to do much to the survivor. Are they stuck in injured while infected like the Plague? Why do survivors need to vaccinate themselves?

Cus they start coughing and puking just like with plague, making them easier to find.

Because the tentacle can then do damage to you. So you can be hit through pallets, windows, and zombies

How many Vaccines are in the map? Does it say anywhere or has anyone been able to count?
