I play on Xbox One.

The step ladder which you go up one way, but have to vault to get over - in the passageway near the main room where the Upside Down rift is - has an issue when if you crawl right into it from the vault side, the killer cannot pick you up. It should be repeatable.

Only happened once, but the Plague who floored me couldn't pick me up (I did give him a free hook later though).
