Twins use crowd control the best in my opinion.
Yeah I may or may not have made a post complaining about it before but I just never discovered how eat it was on Twins. First of all the whole issue of it being a hex does not matter as getting the first hit as charlotgrte to be able to follow up with victor is the most important part of twins and the totem will be up for the first few hits if RNG doesn't hate you. Secondly it works globally not just in chase which makes it increase victors already stupid chase potential and survivors cannot just spam a safe window to avoid victor. This has become probably my 2nd favourite perk to run on Twins only behind sloppy.
