Killer rank bug

My killer has been rank 10 for a while now, went from rank 5 to rank 10 with the reset and even though i pip, double pip or depip after matches it doesnt seem to register and i stay at rank 10 with no pips. not sure if this is a known issue but would be nice if it could get fixed.
