Explaing the DS stats so you arent confused, as usual they're to vague. or mislead
So here we go, once again a stat is released with little info making people get mislead/misunderstanding what they actually show. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMENTING, seriously last post people didn't read and missed the points being made.
Pick rate = percentage of players picking DS from ranks 1-20
Escape rate = percentage of DS USERS Escaping from ranks 1-20
So quick recap the pick rate includes every while the escape rate only includes DS users. (If you escape without DS equipped you arent in the escape rate stats)
What does this mean? Well it means we cant tell what rank bracket uses DS most and if they still do. While rank doesnt mean skill the closer to rank 1 the more likely hood of you playing more and just having a better understanding of the game. So basically DS users in red ranks could of dropped massively yet stayed the same in other ranks. (Once again we dont know)
The escape rate is only DS users, while the escape rate is the same for these players we have no idea of the rank, skill or even what happened in the match. All we know is about 50% of DS users escaped. In theory (we cant know because stats dont show anything) less people now escape due to the decrease in the perk usage.
THE STATS ARE NEVER STRAIGHT FORWARD. Take it with some salt, they show and mean very little.
I like stats, but they need to be more accurate and detailed. Hidden factors and lack details makes them pointless.
