Status effects cause game to temporarily freeze

Alright, So i'm rocking a Ryzen 3700x and an RTX 3080. And even on low settings, whenever I get affected by a status effect like Exposed or Sloppy butchers hemmorage. It happens mostly with No one escapes death and sloppy Butcher, but it also happens whever I run past a chest with an Item in it. My game just Temporarily freezes and as you can imagine, That can be really annoying.

There's a post started by @Pulsar in the General Section because this is pretty common issue. It's an optimization issue not a bug.

Have some videos demonstrating my point, if you have any of your own, please share them. Maybe we can get an answer out of BHVR about what happened to the Optimization we were promised if we make a big enough fuss.
