seems like it may only happen if you swing instantly after beginning your rush?

Still happens, although im pretty sure its a frame perfect window to miss a hit which means that 3/180 frames of blights rush are bugged
it happened to me since the last patch
Been having this happen a lot recently and its very frustrating.
