Myers isnt in the best spot and needs fixing how would you do it

I like Meyer with the whole stalking mechanic but he is so outdated and weak. His power is so weak in the early game a point in the game where it is already hard enough. i don't really know how to fix him tho since I don't play a lot but I do have a suggestion, that Is simple and easy to implement. let him break pallets quicker and a small enuring when he is in tier 2 and maybe it's a bit strong in tier 3. this would help him in chase and make him much scarier when he is chasing you in tier 3

    make it so people can actually use tier 1 rather than have it be a setback. and make stalk regenerate on each survivor after a set amount of time

    if tier 1 is buffed make it so the Myers can regress back to tier 1 if they want

    i do like the idea it could make myrers a more versatile killer
