PC - Empty node in bloodweb + free levels afterwards

When I finished my bloodweb and got to level 40 the new bloodweb had an empty node. After moving between loadout and bloodweb I somehow got a free level.

Step 1: Level Dwight from 39 to 40. Bloodweb contains an empty node.

Step 2: Move to loadout and return to the bloodweb => Get a free level. The new bloodweb will also have an empty node.

Step 3: Restart the game

Step 4: Go to bloodweb and get one more free level. After that the bloodweb returned back to normal without having an empty nodes in it.

So now my Dwight is level 42.
