Has anyone tested if Small Game works for the gnome?
Title.
I have no reason to think this would work other than simple curiosity - the gnome being about the right size and all. But it would be great if it did! I haven’t had a chance to play today or I’d test it myself.

It does not work.
Probably not as they don't share totem mechanics, its an event item
Its the same reason why those red and blue sigil things and the blight plants aren't affected either
