Issues with Sydney Dedicated Server

Platform: Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One

Issue: When finding a match as a survivor in Australia or New Zealand matchmaking will place the survivor/s (incl. SWF) into the Singapore sever instead of the Sydney server. This is producing extremely high ping for these survivors making the game unplayable. It has occurred since the 4.7.1 hotfix patch. I haven’t tested other platforms but every single game I’ve been put into a Singapore lobby and I genuinely can’t play survivor.

Please Note: This matchmaking error is not happening for killers, they are still being sent to the Sydney server with good ping.
