Self-Preservation Infinite Silence Bug after unhooking

Description: If the saving survivor is hit and the unhookee has Self-Preservation, there may be an instance where the reduction of moans of injury sustains past the time limit of the perk.

Steps:

1. Equip Self-Preservation
2. Load into a game and get hooked
3. When someone unhooks you, make sure they are hit the moment you are unhooked.
4. The moans should be inaudible even past the timer of the perk.

Frequency: Atleast 1 match.
