New Coldwind Hooks Are Misaligned

I'm using the Xbox version of the game. When hooking a survivor on the new hooks in the updated Coldwind maps, the hook pierces the center of their body as opposed to their shoulders. I have also seen this occur with streamers that use the Steam version of the game.
