Bloodpoint loss/ Characters resetting

Hello, I've had this issue ever since I started playing the game but sometimes my characters will just randomly reset themselves from a certain point and won't give me and blood point in return. I usually end up losing 100k blood points whenever this does happen, but it varies. I just recently went from a level 20 p3 Laurie back to a level 49 p2 one.
