Dead Hard Not giving I frames against laggy killers
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1 load into a match
Step 2 Get chased by a killer and dead hard
Step 3 get hit in the middle of dead harding due to high ping

Additional Info:
Me and my other 2 mate all had anywhere between 30-40ms of ping, with all of us getting the same laggy hits, as for the frequency ive only had a hit this bad once but I have noticed that there have been a couple of other hits that have been questionable, more so than normal for dead hard.
From my analysis of the footage there seems to be at least at least 200ms of ping on the killers end based of when my dead hard had started and how far into it i got hit
