Game hostage?
Two survivors started hiding and made the match last 40 FREAKING MINUTES. I kept hopelessly patrolling gens for like 25 minutes until I gave up and went to take a shower. They finished the gens and escaped while I was AFK. Can it be considered game hostage?

Yes, but you need video proof.
If they were not doing anything at all and just hiding mainly, it can be considered taking the game hostage. Video evidence is required though alongside with the in-game report.
