Is the ranking system bugged?

So I come back to the game after a couple months and I feel like playing again. So I grind survivor (yes I know "stinky survivor main") all the way to red ranks and this bs happens

I don't know if this is a visual bug or I just got absolutely owned by bhvr, but I depipped for getting a safety pip so idk man. All I know is that I lost my rank 4 and now cannot be called a pro gamer.

I got a video clip of my reaction. Although I doubt that would help, but if it does then someone tell me or some shite.
