[PC] Doctor's Shock Therapy Bug
Doctor's Shock Therapy has a lot of particles missing. The Lightning in his hand is absent and only the outline of the attack radius is shown. Sometimes the particles are shown with the attack, but these usually appear a little while after the Shock Therapy is done.
