Does anyone else's game just lag, lag, lag?
Like at the worst possible moment, usually leading to a down or straight up crash? I'm turning a corner in a chase, the game lags for a slit second and I suddenly find myself running into the killer and getting hit? It's freaking annoying and happens way to freaking often. Optimize your damn game BHVR.

Only time I have experienced lag myself is when it was my internet having issues.
