Dead by daylight is fair because it's unfair
Hear me out, the game is so unfair it's fair again.
What do I mean with this? Look at both sides and you see that both sides can abuse the hell out of the game and that's kinda okay.
Killers can play scumy, bring strong combo and abuse maps.
Survivors can play scumy, bring strong combos and abuse maps.
So in a way the game is fair in his own way. Also, it's a game who one killer is trying to kill 4 people as hard as possible and the survivors try to escape as hard as possible.

Fair, maybe. But most complains are about balance, not fairness.
That's the charm I like with dead by daylight, some maps are harder for certain killers while some are easier, same could be said for survivors (dead DAWG saloon
