My max perk survivor is missing one perk and it doesnt appear on new bloodwebs (WGLF Teachable)

Description of the issue: My max perk (that i have learnt) claudette does not have were gonna live forever even though I have it unlocked as a teachable and as shown in the video it does not appear in a new bloodweb
