What if killers and survivors were granted a 5th perk

I know that for survivors a medkit is like a 5th perk and bottled time or syringe addon's make it a 6th perk but what if they actually did give us a 5th perk though ? what do you guys think ....

    It would be absolutely awful.

    Survivors would run something like:

    Iron Will,Dead Hard,Borrowed Time,Decisive Strike and Unbreakable


    While killers could use something like:

    BBQ,Ruin,Undying,Enduring,Spirit Fury
