Lose a pip while over the safe pip minimum requirement

I just had a match and as you can see in the picture, I lost a pip while the bar was over the safe pip minimum.

This is on PC. It depends on how much you do in the math really, but in most cases where I get this far in the bar I lose a pip while I should have kept the pip.
