Exit Gate Regression Perks?

Since pretty much everyone who has played the game for more than a few hours know, lot of survivors 99% the exit gates so it allows survivors to all get together and escape without triggering endgame. This has become so common I think there needs to be exit gate regression perks and allow the killer to maybe hit the switch to make it revert the progress a bit. It would even help against toxic survivors who decide to stay in game and bully the killer before all getting together and leaving the match. Can’t do that if the exit gate progress slowly regresses like hex:ruin
