Does having Victor on you cause you to slow down?
Whenever I have someone with Victor on them, it seems like they're moving slower. It might just be because they're wriggling around and hobbling, but the Wiki doesn't mention any hindered effect. Does being latched onto by or removing Victor cause any actual change to speed?

Victor being attached does not slow survivors does at all. However, survivors will stop moving to perform the crushing animation.
I wish victor counted as a "struggle" for survivors so it messes up their movement.
Doesn’t sound very fun to fight to be honest since it’s mostly Rng based and wouldn’t even effect good players too much
