Penality for Bug Abuser
So, i was playing with adept jeff to get him achievement, but them a nurse was tunneling me (okay this is normal) but in the end game chat she said that will report me for using breakdown and i didnt understand, them she explain me that the perk IS bUGGED and the hook never respawn, i aint reporting a bug i know the dev team already know about this, but my point
Will the fact that I use this perk cause me to be penalized banned or punished? I just wanted to play to get the adept achievement but I don't want my account to be punished for it.

They should think about disabling bugged perks to prevent people from using them and getting banned.
