Why isn't Surveillance All Seeing: Spirit

Sure Surveillance is crap. All Seeing : Spirit isn't that bad. I've know better add on add ons mainly for the wraith. Though though Surveillance tries to be good when it's just not. Why isn't it just The All Seeing Spirit. Though up close she can't see how done it is. If 28/24/20 may down to 16.

Just an idea

    Because they've probably came up with All Seeing: Spirit after designing Surveillance. The general idea of surveillance wouldn't be bad, if it wouldn't have a timer. No clue what they thought, when they put it in.

    Yeah probably though my idea of making all seeing spirit and surveillance basicly the same beside a few minor things. I feel like it would fix the perk

    @Freudentrauma I'd actually love to see that be its new effect. Just no timer on it would be a great buff.

    Well my point behind it is when the wraith has an add-on that does someones perk but better.... it's just sad.

    Clearly the designer doesn't play killer.

    Surveillance is for the 3 gen strategy. That is its only useful scenario.
