Is there a problem with downloading the 4.7.0 PTB?
I recently downloaded 4.7.0 the PTB to my PC and whenever I log on all my progress, character level, and rank are reset to the beginning and I don't know how to fix this. I downloaded the PTB correctly, but I really am getting frustrated with this. I just want to play on the PTB before it expires.
I recently made a video about this on youtube and it seems no one has a similar problem, I have done everything to ensure this issue can't be resolved, so I wanted to leave it with the Developers.
In the video, I show before i download the PTB, all my levels, rank etc. But as soon as i download this PTB I get reset completely, I really need some help on this one. So I ask again, Is there an issue with downloading this PTB? And is there any Solution to this?
Here's the video just in case(I go into more detail here) : https://youtu.be/u-BxyA1DoWw
