Recoil on throwing knives lolz
The fact that they could type out "Greatly reduced recoil" for THROWING KNIVES and not be like "Wait this is just a stupid concept we should just remove it entirely" continues to show how up their own arse BHVR is.
It doesnt even make sense
"suddenly spring or flinch back in fear, horror, or disgust" Maybe he's afraid of his own throwing knives?......
"rebound or spring back through force of impact or elasticity"... so a gun....
Non of the definitions apply to Throwing Knives...
Not to mention how did they go from:

-Oh ######### everyone is saying he's weak AF.... he is weak AF... and he needs to get the biggest buff we've giving a killer in one patch in years. All in one month?...
BHVR... listen to your Fog Whispers... if they all unanimously say this killer is by far the worst in the game, maybe they're on to something lol

It's a gameplay balance/gameplay thing not a realism thing. (He's weak af don't get me wrong, but the reasoning behind it is sound)
If it was a realism thing you would be "injured" when he throws a knife into your eye balls even once, let alone 8 times; his blades wouldn't bounce off grass and dirt, and you wouldn't be able to rotate throw 60 or more knives that you somehow carry either, that swipe grab locker refill animation would be like 10 minutes long of him one by one by one just setting all those knives up in his coat lol.
If you wanted to complain about realism we would be here all day nitpicking every killer until they were all just some dude with a knife and no power.
they even nerfed him after PTB by removing double damage from trick knives.
Also nerfed his speed add-ons after this next buff.
TO BE FAIR. I'd just like to mention that the Trickster's new movement speed while in knife-throwing stance is about as fast as using both Killing Part Chords and Caged Heart Shoes together. Think of it similar to how they nerfed Pig's combat straps after they buffed her base crouch/uncrouch speed.
