Disconnecting every game (EAC detected game files have been modified)

Each game I've tried to play (killer) has disconnected me around 5 minutes in with the same error message.
"EAC has detected that game files have been modified (error code 4)"
"Unknown file version (DeadByDaylight\Content\Paks\pakchunk22-windowsnoeditor.pak)"
I've run steams file integrity check, and have done a clean install within the last month, attempting to resolve the same issue. Haven't modified the game files in any way.
This has occurred for four games in a row (3x plague, 1x cannibal).
