Description- Breakdown permanently removes hooks after use

Step 1: Equip Breakdown.

Step 2: Load into game and get hooked.

Step 3: Have someone unhook you or unhook yourself and let breakdown activate.

Additional Info-

Character played: Dwight, but works on anyone

Perks played: Breakout, Breakdown, Prove Thyself, Desperate Measures

Map: Haddonfield, but works on other maps

Frequency of the issue: Every time the perk is activated.
