Or is make your choice level 1 better than level 3? I often find myself downing the unhooker pretty quickly then waiting for the 60 second duration/cooldown to finish. So level 1 seems like itd be the better as itd be active more often. Maybe its just me though.

    Wraith it seems pretty middle ground obviously if i have silent bell and all seeing blood i can stealth instadown them pretty easily but in other scenarios against good loopers i guess yeah having the extra time would be nice

    Can someone explain the cooldown on Make your choice. Does the cooldown happen during the survivor is exposed or after?

    The cooldown is the survivors exposed duration. (Basically only one can be exposed)
