Cannot pick up survivor (as killer) if they are downed against certain objects

The second time, this happened to me on Haddonfield against the front porch of the main building:

- Steps to reproduce:
- Walk out the front of the building as the survivor hops out of the window next to the basement entrance (not the window above basement stairs) and makes their way to the front of the building
- Down the survivor in the bushes as they turn the corner and run straight into you (the survivor should be facing slightly toward the porch so that they fall toward the porch during the dying state animation

I've experienced this issue as well.
To replicate:
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, chainsaw a survivor as they enter a locker
Step 4 : After the survivor falls out of the locker, they will be unable to be picked up

It seems like you can hit survivors into these spaces, but they can't crawl there by themselves.

Happened to me from survivor POV. Ran him for the first 2 gens, couldn't pick me up, then got chased for the next 3 gens and everyone escaped. Makes Haddonfield even worse than it already is.
I had this happen on the basement stairs like your last thread. A Nurse downed me on the last landing and I fell partially into the corner and she couldn't get me no matter how hard she tried, but I was still able to move.
I have two examples of this happening. Once where a survivor was downed next to a wall and another where a survivor was downed next to the horse.
